Terms & Warranty Policy

1. Commercial Quotations & Orders

All prices generated or listed on the website represent ex-factory base rates subject to current GST taxation and freight destination charges. Binding invoices are issued directly by Cell Care India sales administration upon customer confirmation on WhatsApp or official email.

2. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Cell Care India warrants that all Grade-A battery packs are free from defects in cell materials, laser welding, and BMS electronic assembly for a period of 12 to 36 months (as indicated on the model warranty certificate).

Warranty covers: Internal cell voltage imbalance exceeding allowable limits, internal open circuit, and BMS controller failures under rated operational conditions.

Warranty excludes: Mechanical casing damage caused by external accidents, water submergence beyond IP rating, short-circuits caused by faulty external vehicle wiring, and use of unapproved non-matching chargers.

3. Dangerous Goods Freight & Delivery

All consignments are packed in compliance with hazardous materials surface transport regulations. Consignees are requested to inspect outer packaging tamper-evident seals upon carrier receipt and report transit damage immediately.

4. Applicable Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under commercial orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
